Complaints handling process

If there is disagreement with the reviewer's comments, evidence and/or information must be provided in response to the comments through discussion at the review stage. If the author has doubts and wishes to appeal the editorial decision, please send an e-mail to the contact address of the editorial office.

If a reader has discovered plagiarism, disclosed a conflict of interest, or noticed an error in a published article, please send an e-mail to the editor's contact address to resolve the matter.
