Editorial policy
The editorial office of the journal carries out internal peer review of articles submitted for publication and provides external peer review in accordance with the double-blind peer-rewiew procedure based on the principle of objectivity and in accordance with COPE Code of Conduct international publication standards.
The editorial policy of the journal envisages that
◼︎ By submitting a scientific manuscript, the author hereby agrees for publishing the full text of the paper / article in the Internet on the official journal website and the websites of scientific databases in which it is included.
◼︎ By submitting a scientific manuscript, the author confirms that it meets the requirements and ethics stated, as well as the fact that the manuscript is fully worked out, being verified and represents the final version of the manuscript.
◼︎ Articles submitted for publications are accepted and being published in accordance with the timetable and schedule (8 hours for preliminary assessment of manuscripts; up to 20 days for review; up to 40 days for publication) and taking into account the conditions specified on the website.
◼︎ The editorial board of the journal, in case of non-compliance of the article with the established requirements (including in case of detection the plagiarism or other deviations, which contradict the editorial policy and ethics of the publication), is entitled to send the article to the author for further elaboration, with obligatory indication of detailed instructions for making necessary corrections.
◼︎ The editorial board of the journal, in the case of detection of non-compliance of the manuscript with the established requirements (including in the case of detection of plagiarism or other violations contrary to the editorial ethics of the publication), has the right to send the manuscript for revision with mandatory indication of detailed instructions for making the necessary corrections or to reject the publication, if such the violations are numerous or the editors have reason to believe that the author is trying to publish known erroneous or falsified research; in case the organizational fee has already been paid, its full amount is returned if the publication is rejected.
◼︎ If the author and/or the person responsible for submitting the scientific manuscript for some reason does not want to publish a scientific manuscript that has already been submitted to the editorial office, they have the right to withdraw the manuscript and cancel the publication before the end of the period for accepting papers/articles for the current issue, regardless of the conclusion of the editorial office regarding this scientific manuscript; if the organizational fee has already been paid, its full amount is returned if the publication is withdrawn.
◼︎ The editorial office, if has reason to believe that the person responsible for submitting the scientific manuscript does not represent the interests of the author(s) of the scientific manuscript or other persons related to it (including scientific supervisors, translators, etc), has the right to make a request to receive additional information that will help establish the validity, or has the right to completely reject such a publication; in case the organizational fee has already been paid, its full amount is returned if the publication is rejected.
◼︎ The editorial office is obliged to reject the manuscript, if they have reason to believe that the conditions of publication or the characteristics of the service will clearly not satisfy the interests or requirements of the author(s) of the scientific manuscript or other persons related to it (including scientific supervisors, translators etc); if the organizational fee has already been paid, its full amount is returned if the publication is rejected.
◼︎ The editorial board may unilaterally and without additional notice make changes to the conditions of the editorial policy and/or ethics; new or amended provisions become effective after they are made publicly available.
