Articles by authors who do not have a scientific degree are accepted for consideration only if accompanied by an additional positive review from the scientific supervisor. 

Manuscript processing deadlines:

The primary expert review of a scientific manuscript is carried out within 1-2 days.
Plagiarism check is carried out within 1-2 days.
The review procedure lasts for 5-20 days.

Publication is carried out according to the deadlines specified in the ARCHIVES section.

DOI activation is carried out within 2-14 days from the date of publication.
The indexation process takes an average of 3-6 months.
